McClintock’s Trailer Resort provides seasonal lake living in a private and peaceful environment on Puslinch Lake. Below is an overview of the services available within the park. All services operate within our seasonal timeframe of May 1 through October 31. Year-round occupancy is not permitted.

Seasonal Lot Rentals
We offer 165 fully serviced seasonal sites in a mature, lakeside setting. Tenants set up for the season and return throughout the summer to a consistent, established space.

20 amp: $3,485 + HST
30 amp: $3,675 + HST
All standard seasonal sites include water, electricity, and septic services.
There are currently no trailer age restrictions for standard sites.

A $200 hydro deposit is required.
Metered sites include water and septic. Electricity is billed bi-monthly based on metered usage.
Requires a park model or travel trailer, model year 2017 or newer.

We offer a limited number of temporary sites are available for daily, weekly, or monthly stays. Due to high demand, booking a transient site requires full payment. Refunds will be given with a 48 hours advance cancellation notice.

Docks are available to rent for the duration of our season, weather permitting. All dock fees include the private use of one side of a dock for a maximum of one boat. Unlimited launching is also included in rental fee.

Our private boat launch provides controlled access to Puslinch Lake for:
Registered trailer resort tenants
Seasonal dock renters
Approved Puslinch Lake homeowners without their own launch
The boat launch is not open to the public. Access is granted by approval only and subject to park guidelines.

McClintock’s Trailer Resort is an authorized Northlander Industries dealer. We sell Northlander Park Models exclusively for placement within our park.
We are an in-park dealer only. Park models purchased from other dealers, new or used, are not accepted.
Travel trailers must meet park age and condition requirements. The maximum permitted park model size is 13 feet wide and up to 40 feet in length.
All park models are custom ordered to the purchaser’s specifications. Financing is available.

On-site winter storage is available for registered seasonal tenants, and is included in your renewal of your lot rental agreement for the next season.
Boat storage is available, for a additional fee, for dock renters and local homeowners.
NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC:
Effective July 14, 2020, the boat launch and beach at McClintock’s Trailer Resort are permanently closed to public access.
McClintock’s Trailer Resort is private property. Access is restricted to registered Trailer Resort tenants and authorized Ski School participants only.
Public use of the property, including swimming, fishing, picnicking, boating, kayaking, canoeing, and paddleboarding, is not permitted.
