McClintock’s Trailer Resort is a family-owned seasonal trailer park located on Puslinch Lake in Cambridge, Ontario. We offer a structured, well-maintained environment for families who want to enjoy lake living without the responsibilities that come with cottage ownership.
Operating from May 1 to October 31, the resort is designed for those who value privacy, stability, and a consistent place to return each summer. Tenants set up for the season and enjoy a familiar, established community throughout the warmer months.
Please note that we do not offer year-round occupancy.

Enjoy a fully serviced seasonal site from May 1 to October 31 on beautiful Puslinch Lake. Each site includes water, septic, and electrical hookups, giving you the comfort and convenience of a summer home without the upkeep of a cottage. Set up once and return all season long to a space that’s truly yours.

We offer a limited number of overnight, weekly, and monthly sites for guests looking to experience the resort. Availability is limited and priority is given to seasonal tenants and affiliated guests, so early inquiries are encouraged.

Make the most of lake life with seasonal dock rentals. Keep your boat conveniently located and ready whenever the water calls. Dock spaces are available to registered tenants and are assigned based on availability.

We are an authorized Northlander Park Models dealer, offering the opportunity to purchase a custom park model for placement within McClintock’s Trailer Resort. These homes are sold exclusively for in-park use and must remain on a seasonal site within the resort.
Our team will guide you through selecting, ordering, and placing your park model so you can enjoy a turnkey seasonal home on Puslinch Lake. Financing options are available.

We provide private boat launch access for registered trailer resort tenants, seasonal dock renters, and Puslinch Lake homeowners who do not have their own launch. This service is designed to offer convenient, controlled access to the water throughout the season.
The boat launch is not open to the public and is available exclusively to approved tenants, dock renters, and registered lake homeowners.

Located on Puslinch Lake in a quiet country setting, McClintock’s Trailer Resort offers seasonal lake living with convenient access to Highway 401 and the amenities of Cambridge and surrounding areas.
